Halyard Partner is a trading designation of the sole trader Gabriel Inreiter and is not a company. The business is not entered in the Austrian company register (Firmenbuch) and is not obliged to be. It therefore has no company register number, no register court, no managing directors and no shareholders, and the disclosure duties of § 14 UGB, which apply to traders registered or required to be registered in the Firmenbuch, do not apply here. The owner is personally and without limitation liable for the business.

No telephone number is operated for this business. § 5 ECG requires details that allow users to make rapid contact and communicate directly and efficiently; the email address above serves that purpose and is the sole channel for enquiries, notices and service by email. Post is accepted at the business address.

Halyard Partner is a business-to-business marketing and sales partner working with companies in crypto, Web3 and fintech. We plan and run marketing for our mandate clients — paid campaigns, creative and content — and originate, qualify and negotiate new client relationships on their behalf. We are remunerated by a one-time setup fee at the start of a mandate and thereafter by a commission per client won, invoiced only on revenue the client has actually collected. There is no monthly retainer. Advertising and media budget is contracted and paid for by the client on the client's own advertising accounts and forms no part of our remuneration.

02Trade regulation and supervisory authority

We are not a licensed provider of legal, tax, investment or financial services and do not carry on any activity requiring authorisation under the Austrian Banking Act (BWG), the Securities Supervision Act (WAG 2018) or comparable legislation.

08Dispute resolution

Halyard Partner contracts exclusively with businesses (§ 1 UGB). Consumer dispute resolution schemes therefore do not apply to our mandates. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operation in 2025 and is no longer referenced here.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Please raise any complaint with us directly at desk@halyardpartner.com — we answer within two working days.
